Biographical Info
I was born in Jacksonville, Florida, so I am a native Floridian. Our family moved to Melbourne, Florida in 1963 when I was in the third grade. I attended public school and in 1972 started my college career. I graduated from University of South Florida in 1976. I went to work for Harris Corporation in 1976 and served as a Proposal Coordinator. I then joined the family business Evans Butler Realty, Inc. which quickly transformed into a commercial real estate operation. Many years of experience followed as I developed expertise and the area I serve grew and matured.
Commercial Real Estate
Commercial real estate brokerage is my profession. I take pleasure in assisting my clients to build wealth. I am active in the community and want what is best for the area, not a self-centered pursuit to the detriment of the common good. I am blessed to have my practice in an area that is continuing to grow in population and job creation. I think Brevard County, the home of Kennedy Space Center and just a short drive west to Orlando is an ideal location that has potential for greatness. We are close enough to the Orlando Metro Area with it's international airport and cultural amenities, but removed enough geographically to avoid the traffic and congestion. We have seventy two miles along the Atlantic Ocean and the intracoastal waterway runs the length our our county. Some is developed and some is pristine. We are by no means undiscovered, but I think we are still trying to find an identity. Our plans for wise stewardship of our resources will allow for our skilled, remarkable labor to set new standards for industry and for a coexistence with our environment.
